HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR INFORMATION?

Unlicensed Studio is a creative studio that also operates an online store and a web application with user accounts. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following information: when you contact us through our enquiry or contact forms, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message; when you create an account, we collect your email address, password (stored in hashed form), and any profile details you choose to provide; when you make a purchase from our store, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and payment details necessary to fulfil your order; and as you browse our site or use our app, we automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and basic usage analytics to help us improve the experience. With your consent, we may also send you occasional emails about new work, products, or updates from the studio.

How do we obtain your approval? When you provide personal details to complete a specific task — for example sending us a message through a contact form, creating an account, placing an order, or processing a payment, refund, or delivery — we take this as your consent to collect and use that information for that purpose. For any other use, such as marketing emails, product announcements, or newsletters, we will ask for your explicit consent and always offer you a clear option to opt out. How can you revoke your approval? If you change your mind, you can withdraw your consent for us to contact you, or to continue collecting, using, or disclosing your information, at any time by emailing us at hello@unlicensedstudio.com.

Creadictive Joins the Hub as an Official Partner Network

We're glad to announce that Creadictive is joining the Unlicensed Studio hub as an official partner network. Creadictive is an independent photography studio with a distinct point of view, one where craft and faith are inseparable.

Under the slogan "See the unseen," Creadictive treats the camera as a way of paying attention. The studio's portraiture and visual storytelling look for grace, diligence, and purpose in ordinary moments, the details most people walk past. The image at the top of this article is one of the studio's recent shots.

What this means for the hub

Through this partnership, Creadictive will publish photography articles on the hub, including behind-the-lens insight, visual essays, and original work from the studio. Follow the Creadictive network from the News page to add it to your feed.
